My husband received this lovely gift from my mom recently, and of course had to run it by me before he attempted to cook anything on it. My rants and raves have struck a chord with him, as he now knows that painted cookware and anything with the terms “nonstick” or “nano” should give him pause.
The FRONT:

See all my friendly labels?!
The BACK:

Look! I'm ECO-FRIENDLY!
This saute pan looks too good to be true. But before I assume it probably is, and return it, I want to consult two moms who are way smarter than me (literally, one of them is called The Smart Mama.)
The DESCRIPTION:

I am reaching out to both
Jennifer Taggart of The Smart Mama
and
Alicia Voorhies of The Soft Landing
and will let you know if they would keep it or return it.
Stay tuned!
Update:

Interesting..I’ve never seen or heard of anything like this. Curious what the final vote is.
I haven’t seen anything like it either. I’m glad to see that Corporate America is making strides towards safer cookware. I still feel uneasy about the nano part though…
